this class was made for us to be knowledgeable about the use of our main tool in a play....."our self, or our body".....i think if i didn't already have her as a dance teacher, i would have felt a little weird on stage doing the activities she requested....but hey that goes along with the whole concept of outside the box...and just releasing the whole thought of "i wonder what the viewers watching me are thinking?".....
i found this class different, yet informative....bring on more of it!
